Accounts Assistant- Portadown

Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Portadown Salary and Benefits: Salary up £24k - £27k per annum Hours of work:Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday Thursday 8.30am 17:00 and Friday 8.30am 2.30pm. Employment Type- Permanent The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful business in Portadown. Due to an increased work load they are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team. The Right role: Processing & reconciling supplier transactions from input through to verification Preparation of draft supplier payment runs and dealing with payment enquires; Managing Construction Industry Scheme - Verification of sub-contractors time sheets & invoices Administrative tasks such as maintaining our document management system, filing, telephonist duties and attending to visitors as and when required. Identify process improvements. Assisting with Global Travel Arrangements. Maintaining Electronic Document System. The Right Fit: At least 2 years experience in an accounts/admin role gained in a busy office environment. Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages Excellent knowledge of computerised systems especially Excel Good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner Strong & diligent work ethic with excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Desirable: Previous experience of working within a similar industry. Experience of Sage Line 50, Eque 2 Contract Management Software.
