Our client are a busy construction company, who are expanding due to winning new contracts. They are currently recruiting for someone with Accounts experience. Purchase Ledger experience processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis 3 way matching of invoices Chasing POD with men on site Statement reconciliation on a monthly basis Processing supplier payments General Admin duties filing etc Ability to work at a face pace Sage 200 experience Answering phone calls and transferring to other departments Covering reception duties Covering post/franking machine duties Other office ad hoc duties Skills: Bank Reconciliation Sage Accounts Ledger Management Accounting software Invoicing Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
