We are looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our team in National office, Wellington from end of May/ early June 2024 until 30 September 2024 on a Full Time, Fixed Term basis to cover parental leave. As the Recruitment Partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment services for an allocated portfolio. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to plan and support recruitment activities such as talent sourcing, strategic recruitment, and pipeline development. Our directorate is diverse, forward-thinking, hardworking, and inclusive. Ko wai koe | About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience or in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and managing complex recruitment requirements.
- Has an excellent understanding of the NZ recruitment market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and building effective working relationships.
- Great writing abilities.
- Excellent level of technology proficiency.
- Sound judgement and uses approaches that are appropriate for the situation.
- Comfort in operating in a tikanga / kaupapa Māori environment, a degree of fluency in Te Reo Māori is desirable.
- Familiarity with Snaphire (Talent Management System)
- Experience working in the Public Sector
