About us: We are a leading performance marketing agency specializing in helping service-based businesses get more leads and sales through digital marketing platforms.  To put simply, we are an ads agency with a focus on innovation and results, running multiple 5-figure (in USD) worth of paid ads for our clients every month. We are currently expanding our team and looking for talented Digital Marketing Executives to join us in our journey to success. As a Digital Marketing Executive, your primary responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute media buying strategies across Facebook, Google, and TikTok ads. This includes structuring ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and recommending optimizations 
• Craft compelling and effective copy for marketing funnels that includes but not limited to paid ads, landing pages, and email automations
• Work closely with our account manager, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure that all aspects of the campaign are aligned and optimized. 
• Setting up and updating marketing funnels such as CRM, landing pages, email, and WhatsApp automations
• Conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in copywriting, media buying, or digital marketing
• Experience with at least 1 of the 3: Facebook/TikTok/Google Ads Manager
• Experience in writing persuasive copy 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without micromanagement
• Experience in setting up funnels is a huge plus but not necessary  
• Remote/WFH 
• Part time arrangement: 3 hours a day, 6 days a week
• Full time arrangement: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
• 1800-4500 RM per month depending on arrangement and experience
