Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of the company Managing incoming calls, answering calls professionally, providing information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing clients. Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, complaints, comments and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken. Referring requests to the concerned people/teams. Building professional relationships with existing customers. Providing accurate and complete information as and when required. Supporting with maintaining and updating the database. Helping with research and generating sales leads. Proven Sales Track Record Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team. Proven customer support experience. Customer orientation and active listening skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
