This role involves developing and implementing effective strategies to establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry while working with Distributors. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the HORECA sector. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales and Revenue Generation: Set and achieve sales targets within the HORECA segment. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue. Continuously monitor sales performance and implement adjustments as needed. Product Knowledge and Customization: Stay informed about the company's products and services. Work closely with the product development team to tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of HORECA clients. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to HORECA business development. Provide feedback to internal teams based on market insights and client feedback. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the company's HORECA footprint geographically or by introducing new products. Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company's presence in the HORECA sector. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on HORECA sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. Utilize data to make informed decisions and refine business development strategies. Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, particularly within the HORECA sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must have Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate a dynamic business landscape.
