Role description The HR Lead is a hybrid role, requiring remote and onsite attendance at our Reading office. The role requires a dynamic and person centric individual who is highly driven to develop, maintain and grow the HR & Recruitment functions within a growing organisation. Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to :

  • Responsible for recruitment and retention of talent
  • Promote equality, health and safety within the company
  • Support managers and leads in the recruitment, onboarding, inductions, management and offboarding processes
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract staff across a range of roles from clinical, technical, operational and more
  • Develop programmes that enhance staff engagement
  • Develop and maintain organisational policies and procedures
  • Support with training administration processes of all staff
  • Ensure that HR systems, training and other related databases are kept fully up to date with staff records, investigations and outcomes, grievances and training data
  • Provide administration support with regards to meetings, reports, correspondence including note taking
  • Supporting Managers with HR aspects e.g. Occupational Health; absence review meetings, disciplinary meetings, absence management
  • Collate feedback and liaise with Head of Governance
  • Support staff working in the service with HR related queries
  • Payroll and expense management
  • Liaise with product and tech support team on technical issues
  • Work closely with line manager and wider team on service improvement
  • Attend work related meetings as required
  • To maintain all mandatory training
  • Shift based and flexible working maybe required from time to time
Skills, Experience, and Qualification: Essential Qualifications
  • 4+ years work experience
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • Proven Track record of managing HR and recruitment in growing scale ups
Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 4 or CIPD level 3 HR/training/administration experience
  • Experience of working with Gsuite and private practise software
  • Experience of working with Hibob or similar HR systems
