International Reward Specialist London Remote/Hybrid c.£110-130,000 DOE + Bonus Network HR are working exclusively with a high-touch, global financial services firm to support with the permanent hire of an International Reward Specialist to join their close-knit, high performing team based in London. This newly defined, senior role will see the International Reward Specialist become the subject matter expert for all reward and benefits requirements across their international business. You will be responsible for advising the business and stakeholders whilst ensuring the new compensation strategy is embedded across multiple , complex countries. You will also work alongside the global compensation team based in the US and the wider HR function to help ensure governance arrangements are in place and are operating effectively. Responsibilities will include: Support with annual cyclical cycles across the international business Working with the Global Head of Reward to launch a new wellbeing initiative Benefit renewal management Support the business in launching new incentive plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in an International role (ideally EMEA) covering both compensation and benefits. What else will you need: Acting as a leader within your space with a drive for change management Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Excellent stakeholder management/engagement Enthusiastic around MI, data, and numbers. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
