Operations Analyst, London, Hybrid/Remote, Circa 50K, Superb benefits. A newly created role working as an Operations Analyst for a global family office (based in London). You will be reporting into a US team to support with the smooth running of the family business and provide data analytics, presentations and solutions to problems before they happen. The role is extremely varied but below will give you a flavor of key responsibilities: Yacht Crew Salaries and Bonuses · Support operations team in managing reports for compensation discussions with Operations, Finance, and Captains Real Estate and Yacht Budgets
- Assist in gathering information from Business Need Managers to identify budget/planning assumptions for key business drivers
- Host follow up meetings with respective teams/individuals as necessary
- Partner with Finance and Operations to review budget assumptions
- Fully proficient in Microsoft office
- Technology savvy
