  • Demonstrated ability to identify key metrics for specific journeys / browsing behaviour
  • Deep dive into data by sharing journey pain points and providing recommendations for journey improvements
  • Translate decision making based on data into reporting by studying customer profiles, segments, and transactional behaviours.
  • Analyse, identify new opportunities and areas of improvements into how we can improve our online journeys using Adobe Analytics
  • Be prepared to speak to customer to gain a better & deeper insight to the problem statement & opportunity to understand customer job to be done and define a digital experience that truly meet customers' needs across different digital touch points
2. Other responsibilities
  • Prepare presentations for management reviews on ideas and monthly progress reports
  • Engage in ad-hoc requirement gatherings together with UI/UX to develop customer journeys
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management and any other relevant disciplines
  • At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in analytics is preferred.
  • Deeply data-driven with proven analytical and numerical skills; versed in Adobe analytics and proficient in analysing data for decision making
  • Analytical problem solver, persistent and driven with demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and self-motivator who thrives on new challenges
  • People-oriented and demonstrates strong engagement, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work with people of different backgrounds.
  • Able to work independently and is adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage ambiguity, assess situations independently and apply judgment as appropriate
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
