Being the first insurance company in GCC, having 63 years of experience in the insurance field, Kuwait Insurance Company is looking forward to expanding its corporate sales team by hiring talented ambitious candidate with the aim of providing qualified personalized services to our prospected clientele in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Growing the business by identifying and penetrating new segments, providing solutions to prospected clients through our expansive product list.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Cross-selling, Upselling clients based on their evolving business requirements.
- Preserving a healthy profitable portfolio while respecting the targeted diversified business mix.
- Maintaining a high Loyalty Ratio by having a high client retention rate.
- Prepare reports, analysis and provide constructive feedback and criticism.
- Staying up-to date with the competitor’s activities, market and industry’s trends.
- Promoting KIC’s values by implementing best practices as per the company’s organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational trainings and workshops
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the corporate sales field.
- Managing a diversified portfolio leaning towards FGA lines of business in general.
- Proven record in achieving corporate sales targets.
- Ensuring utmost credibility and transparency.
- Very good command of languages (Arabic / English)
