Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor - Offshore Operations to join our team.

As a Quantity Surveyor - Offshore Operations, you will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring efficient financial control within offshore operations projects. Eram Talent is a leading talent acquisition company known for providing exceptional recruitment solutions to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and review estimates, budgets, and cost plans for offshore operations projects
  2. Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle
  3. Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and cost optimization strategies
  4. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards
  5. Review contracts and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure cost-effective solutions
  6. Prepare and present financial reports to project stakeholders and senior management
  7. Manage the procurement process, including sourcing and selecting vendors and contractors
  8. Conduct regular cost audits and risk assessments
  9. Provide guidance and support to project teams on cost-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in offshore operations
  • Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using cost estimation and management software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation and financial analysis
