Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities As a Senior Developer within our Cloud Infrastructure Services team, you’ll define, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet the required business outcomes for our clients. You will be involved in writing code, testing, and analysing software programs and applications. Additionally, you will be involved in providing the ongoing support for our clients by either working in a team or independently working directly with our clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and follow up with questions, solutions, or suggestions
  • Ongoing support for applications, designing and customizing SharePoint solutions
  • Extending and developing M365 applications specifically SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power automate flows and Azure Web Applications
  • Developing skills on PnP, PowerShell scripts and custom components using SharePoint framework (SPFx - Optional)
  • Extensive knowledge of SharePoint migration and establish the migration process via automating scripts
  • Work in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology to meet their business objectives or overcome problems and to assist stakeholders to gain an understanding of high-level technical concepts
  • Contribute to project planning, working with customer to understand requirements, making appropriate recommendations, compiling effort/cost estimates, and implementation
  • Developing technical specifications based on functional requirements
  • As a senior we would expect you to promote a high-performance culture within the team, focusing on a mix of consulting and delivery excellence to our customers
  • Responsible for ensuring that the feature/application development efforts meet and or exceed client expectations
Let's talk about the team You'll be working within a varied complex role with one of Capgemini’s valued customers working with an accomplished team in a collaborative atmosphere. You will provide onsite and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices. Capgemini has proven experience in building cloud strategies that have enabled our clients to adopt a cloud-first approach to achieving their business objectives. Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks. Let’s talk about your capability and experience
  • At least 4 - 5 years of relevant professional experience as a developer in the SharePoint On-Premises, M365 and Cloud environment
  • An expert trouble shooter and love getting your teeth stuck into puzzles.
  • Solid experience with PowerApps, Power Automate Flow, Logic Apps, Microsoft/Office Graph, SharePoint Modern Pages/Web Parts preferred, SharePoint Framework (SPFx - Optional), PnP, PowerShell
  • SharePoint professionals who create Intranet’s portals, document management systems custom features, web parts, site templates and other elements
  • ITIL knowledge/experience would be beneficial
  • Extensive experience in the assessment of customer environments and their requirements and documenting results comprehensively
  • Experience with C#, .NET Core/Framework, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, SQL. Node js, npm advantageous
  • SharePoint migration with Sharegate advantageous
  • Database (SQL Server Fundamentals) knowledge
  • Change Management
  • Ticketing System knowledge (ServiceNow or anything similar)
  • A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
  • Modern project delivery methodologies such as DevOps and Agile/Scrum
