- Handling, resolving customer queries to their satisfaction level
- Provide word, excel and secretarial support to clients
- Receive, direct and relay telephone / email, fax and text messages
- Keeping a track of queries, incoming and outgoing calls
- Assisting finance department in collection and providing support and service to existing and new clients
- Assist to admin manager in administrative task
- Comprehensive computer, Internet search and written communication skills.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Respond to public inquiries, handling support calls
- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
- Maintain and develop professional relations with the existing and new client
- Assist the Executive Directors and other staff as requested
