Financial Analyst

Specific Responsibilities

1. Document financial transactions by entering accounts related information into the accounting software (Xero)
2. Reconcile accounting information with the inventory and other business information
3. Summarize current financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheet profit and loss statement and other reports on a monthly basis
4. Prepare MIS reports (e.g. margin analysis by SKU/brand Brand P& L etc.) by analysing accounting data
5. Reconcile the order related data from the different marketing channels and across the countries &ndash Singapore and Malaysia
6. Prepare and file GST returns in Singapore on a periodic basis
7. Prepare payment advice based on payroll information invoices from suppliers or any other form of payables
8. Manage the annual return filing and compliance process in Singapore
9. Assist in any other ad hoc activities pertaining to company Accounts and Finance functions

Education/Experience

• Minimum 2 years&rsquo experience in accounting finance < li>
• Hand-on experience of working on tally QuickBooks or any accounting software is necessary < li>
