Specific Responsibilities
- Document financial transactions by entering accounts related information into the accounting software (Xero)
- Reconcile accounting information with the inventory and other business information
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheet profit and loss statement and other reports on a monthly basis
- Prepare MIS reports (e.g. margin analysis by SKU/brand Brand P& L etc.) by analysing accounting data
- Reconcile the order related data from the different marketing channels and across the countries &ndash Singapore and Malaysia
- Prepare and file GST returns in Singapore on a periodic basis
- Prepare payment advice based on payroll information invoices from suppliers or any other form of payables
- Manage the annual return filing and compliance process in Singapore
- Assist in any other ad hoc activities pertaining to company Accounts and Finance functions
Education/Experience
Qualifications and Experience < strong>< p>- Minimum 2 years&rsquo experience in accounting finance < li>
- Hand-on experience of working on tally QuickBooks or any accounting software is necessary < li>
- Required Skill(s)

- Managing Xero < li>
- MS Excel < li>
- Reporting Skills < li>
- Attention to Detail < li>
- Deadline-Oriented < li>

< li> - Able to fluently communicate in English < li>
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision < li>
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all level of staff and suppliers < li>
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously < li>
- Understanding of financial reporting requirements in Singapore will be a plus < li>
