As a creative / product designer, you will have the opportunity to sketch,create visual communication render for various interior and exterior components throughout the life cycle of the project ( Sketch to final production) to ensure the continuance of design intent, aesthetics and perceived quality is maintained during the detail design phase of a railway project, captivating our customers and ensuring the design quality of our trains.  In this role, you are accountable for the proper execution of projects, establishing trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will serve as the main point of contact for technical data exchange with engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. You will be at the forefront of driving design excellence, presentation to customers, and collaboration with production team. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our creative capabilities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.   Passion for transportation design is a key characteristic we seek in an ideal candidate. Your innovative approach will allow you to challenge conventional norms and create groundbreaking designs that exceed expectations.   We are looking for: - A Designer for the products and its three-dimensional aspects. - To support the Design Manager in delivering Advanced Creative Design (A&CD) objectives. - To develop urban mobility solutions which embody Alstom’s brand DNA and Perceived Quality values. - To create design solutions that are compliant to applicable technical, contractual, legal and standards requirements. - To work closely with Engineering teams during detailed design phase of project. - Timely delivery of A&CD deliverables to support project milestones.

• Work to A&CD processes and policies.
• Working together with stakeholders who affect or are affected by appearance requirements.
• Being aware of design trends.
• Is in charge of definition and physical developments of all visible surfaces of a project, either exterior or interior.
• Integrating technical and cost requirements into the projects will be an integral part of your responsibilities. By considering feasibility and cost-effectiveness, you will play a vital role in delivering practical and efficient design solutions.
