Job Description: The IT Infrastructure Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. • Understand the key deliverables by working with the sales and the solutions team.
• In depth knowledge about the products and the solutions
• Plan the launch in coordination with different stakeholders defining the timelines and responsibility matrix
• Train the on ground team and vendors about the solution thoroughly
• Evaluate the risks associated with implementation of the solution and prepare back up plan accordingly
• Ability to develop good relationship with all the stakeholders
• Ability to learn and implement all the back office configurations
• Based on the client requirement and recce insights, work with the solutions team to come up with the most efficient solution
• Ability to manage a team of launch managers and carry out multiple mobilizations seamlessly
