Then read on. About the Role We are looking for a Billing Analyst! You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Group Insurance Bills and Policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions' goals and vision. Job Responsibilities:
- Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.
- Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively
- Track and monitor new business &/or policy renewal to ensure that information is received in a timely manner by working closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing.
- Set up and review new business policies in core system.
- Ensure high billing accuracy with due diligence check
- Prepare reports for brokers & direct clients
- Participate in projects that involves improvement of operations efficiency, which could include User Acceptance Testing.
- Ensure service level commitments are met.
- Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, agents, brokers and colleagues
- Attend to the emails enquires promptly
- Education - At least Diploma holder.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years operations experience in insurance industry, preferably in Group Insurance.
- Team player, meticulous, good analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills, Process oriented, Basic Excel Skills
