- Master knowledge and information related to the brand
- Deliver standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines
- Establish contact and develop relationship with existing and new customers
- To keep and maintain customer database
- Consistently contribute sales by accomplishing store monthly target
- Perform and maintain daily stock inventory
- Ensure product, display material, sales kit and boutique environment are in good condition
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales roles and retail (watch) business
- Strong in persuading communication
- Passion for outstandingcustomer service
- Sales minded
- Flexible work schedule
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Native Arabic
