Job DescriptionJob Summary Manage the work schedules of the field staff, adjustingthem as needed, build good working relationships with customers andresolve customer complaints in an efficient manner. JobResponsibilities 1 Liaising with engineering and project managementteams to ensure that the project design is accurate before workcommences. Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipmentneeded for the project. Acting as the main point of communicationbetween the main field and the office. Managing the work schedulesand time cards for all field staff. Providing leadership to on-sitestaff, sub-contractors, and other parties. Investigating andresolving customer complaints. Ensuring that safety policies arestrictly adhered to. Reviewing project progress to ensure thatdeadlines are met. Job Responsibilities 2 AdditionalResponsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills •Knowledge in supervising field operations.Proficiency in MS Office(Outlook, Word Excel).The ability to work in differentenvironmental conditions.Strong leadership and communicationskills.Excellent customer service skills.Sound knowledge ofcontract terms and pricing. • ERP knowledge preferably SAPfunctional skills are a requirement to be successful in thisrole.
