Minimum requirements for the role:Must have completed a National Senior CertificateMinimum 5 years similar experience is essentialMust have previous experience as PA for company DirectorsStrong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely with clients, colleagues and third parties in an open, approachable and professional manner will be required for this roleMust have strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work independently in a hybrid environment is important for this roleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Ordering office equipment for new starters.Managing and coordinating the onboarding of new starters.Maintaining an asset register for all SA equipment.Liaising with the facilities managers on an ad hoc basis with any office related issues/concerns.Coordinating travel arrangements for overseas colleagues.Managing the SA Office team events alongside the social committee.Assisting the senior team, including 3 Directors with calendar management, arranging meetings and holding people to account for business development targets.Maintaining the master PE, Bank and Lawyer lists, making contact to set up meetings when due.Maintaining customer control sheets for new projects and invoicing.Processing invoices.Assisting the team with organising and coordinating Finance specific marketing events.Assisting the team in preparing Finance marketing content.Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into, only with the shortlisted candidates
