Senior Manager Procure to Pay

The successful candidate will form part of the Finance Shared Service Centre and leadership team. This role will lead and be accountable for the global P2P function, which includes accounts payable, purchase orders, and master data, covering all regions globally.Duties will include, but are not limited to:Ensure global payment procedures processes are adhered to in line with SLAsAccountable for global P2P functionLead and mentor teamManage processing of supplier invoices, adherence to payment terms and manage disputesPrepare and present KPIs in relation to P2PCollaborate on projectsProvide input for internal and external auditsAccountable for trade creditors and statement reconciliationsPromote process improvements and compliance across businessOwn delivery of transactional services for groupTake ownership for team's adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including regular performance reportingEducation Requirements:Completed Matric (Grade 12)Relevant tertiary qualificationJob Requirements and Skills: 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role (leadership and procure to pay experience)Strong team management experience (team size of 10 to 15+)BPO / SSC experience preferredMulti-currency or multi country experienceGood communication skills, both written and verbalStrong experience of undergoing or leading process changes and improvementsAttention to detailExcellent ability to articulate complex problems across businessProficient in MS packagesStrong analytical skillsDeadline drivenAbility to work in a high pressure, fast paced environmentTeam playerIf this sounds like you; please do not hesitate to apply!
