SALES MANAGER - CORPORATE GIFTING (MIDRAND)

The Opportunity We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our clients corporate sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals.Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment. (Experience in the Corporate Gifting industry a strong plus)Demonstrated success transitioning from Sales Representative to a leadership role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.Deep understanding of customer psychology and the sales process.Process-driven, metrics-driven, highly organized, and possess a relentless pursuit of exceeding goals.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media marketing a plus.Qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Understanding of manufacturing production processes beneficial.By submitting your CV you accept that we will retain your CV in our database in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Policy.
