Minimum Job Requirement: Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing.Min 6 year's sales and marketing experience.Furniture manufacturing / FMCG experience an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Report to the Head of Sales:Analyse and drive the client's largest business forward by using the relevant data and commercial insights, formulate and implement customer strategies to achieve sales volumes, margins.Conceptualise, develop, manage, and implement a sales strategy to achieve Brand objectives through accurate forecasting.Maintain a consistent pipeline of sales and supply regular forecasts quarterly while keeping top management informed of any potential changes.Initiate and develop new channels and markets.Initiate new channels and markets to expand and grow the business.Contribute to ensure continued product development.Accurately forecast fashion items to maximise returns, and reduce usage of provisions and write-backs.Advise customers on technical or procedural issues and resolve problems.Execute brand sales strategy in alignment with Divisional strategy.Manage and ensure that all records are continually updated and maintain individual contact with key customers and management.Prepare sales expenses and effectively manage expenditure.Accurately forecast sales and profits.Manage and monitor customer satisfaction and retention.Maintain solid communication with General Factory GM's to ensure efficient balance of production.Competences:Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate/partner and build strategic relationships.Able to monitor local and international industry trends.Strong negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal or written).Ability to draft factual reports, presentations, procedure or training material.
