Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Information Technology / Computer ScienceAt least 2 years of experience in a customer support roleKnowledge or experience in dealing with a ticketing systemUnderstanding of treasury management systems and treasury operations will be beneficialPrevious experience or knowledge about H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, SQL, Crystal Reporting, ScriptingDuties & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain process documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and standard operating proceduresEscalate complex queries to subject matter experts as neededParticipate in continuous system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accurate functionality and data integrityEnsure continuous improvement and effective usage of the system and internal procedural steps to maximise the systems outputLiaise with clients to ensure that their usage and output of the system flows smoothlyProvide technical support to end-users by addressing Treasury Management System (TMS) issues and optimising system performanceConsultant: Dani Christian - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
