Our client based in the West Rand is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager/ Service Manager to join their team! Motorcycle and Vehicle license is essential.Minimum requirementsGrade 12 certificate.Motorcycle & Vehicle license (Code A & B).Industry experience and strong technical knowledge.Computer literateWilling to work Saturdays and attend race events as needed.Responsibilities:Lead and motivate our workshop/service team to deliver exceptional results.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Provide outstanding customer service at every opportunity.Communicate effectively with customers and the sales team, providing accurate and timely information.Maintain a quality-focused approach to all tasks.Demonstrate strong administration skills to streamline operations.Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
