Minimum requirements: Recognised Human Resources/Learning and Development qualification3 5 years relevant experience in a similar positionProficient in Microsoft packages Written Communication: read, interpret and write routine reports, agreements and correspondenceDesign and develop curriculum, training materials and assessmentsDevelop and Plan annual individual company training plansCoordinate the consultative EE and Training CommitteesCompile and submit annual EE ReportPrepare and assist with the Annual BBBEE AuditSource, coordinate and/or create effective and relevant training interventions to assist staff in meeting their development goalsCreate and develop or update existing training materials and coursesManage Assessments and Moderations for accredited programmesAssist with Tender processes and special projects as they ariseQuality management controls for learning and development as well as product offeringConsultant: Gameedah Stemmet - Dante Personnel Cape Town
