The ideal candidate will be responsible for company analysis, due diligence investigations, transaction proposals, liaison with portfolio companies, and deal management. Education:CA(SA)CFA qualification beneficialJob experience & skills required2-4 Years experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Private EquityFinancial modelling and valuations acumenEntrepreneurial with a real desire to work in Private EquityCommercial sense and sound business acumenExcellent work ethic regarding client serviceEffective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work
