The SEO Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies for client websites andcampaigns that enhance organic search visibility and drive web traffic to support the overall businessobjectives. The incumbent will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimizewebsite content, managing keyword research, and analyzing SEO performance to ensure alignment with brandgoals.

The role requires analytical thinking, innovative solutions, effective communication, proactive leadership, andadaptability for optimizing SEO strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO or a similar digital marketing roleProficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs), CMS environments, andunderstanding of HTML/CSSProven experience improving SEO performance and achieving substantial growth in traffic andsearch engine rankings

Responsibilities:SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align withthe client teams objectives and target audience.Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis toidentify opportunities for content optimization.Website Optimization: Oversee the optimization of website content, structure, and technical SEOelements to enhance search engine rankings.Content Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO best practices areintegrated into content creation and marketing campaigns.Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and adjuststrategies as necessary to improve rankings and organic traffic.SEO Trends and Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, andindustry best practices to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority andrelevance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, design, and marketing teams toimplement SEO recommendations and drive overall digital marketing performance for a range ofclients.
