We are currently recruiting for an Energy Consultant to join our multi-disciplinary Energy team in Cape Town, South Africa.We pride ourselves on our extensive support network and our strength in numbers.This role will promote the further growth, development and service delivery of the energy consulting team, with a particular focus on multi-disciplinary engineering aspects of our projects, but also business development expertise and project management expertise of PV, windy, battery storage, green hydrogen and mini/micro- grid projects.Knowledge of grid-connections and large-project context, structure and role players will be developed.Financial acumen, with respect to energy projects and project finance will be built in order to assist the Project Manager and delivery of lenders technical advisory, owner's engineer and design services within the renewable energy sector across the project life cycle.At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective - in which we encourage individuality to thrive.
