Job details

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive CEO with extensive background in business and administrative assistant activities, particularly in the fields of solar energy and architecture. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and atleast 5 years of experience in business and/or executive assistant activities. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in our renewable energy projects, ensuring efficient and normal management of various departments within the company.

Requirements:

Atleast Bachelor's Degree is required

5+ Years Experience

Fluent in both English & Chinese

Responsibilities:

Assistant to President

Document sending and receiving, important file management backup

Liaised with external affairs, arranged and coordinate schedules

Draft work summary, work report, powerpoints, etc. assigned by the president

Human Resources Work

Recruitment, interview and talent database management

Monthly statistics of attendance performance data and salary calculation

Employee entry, departure, social insurance and labour contract signing

Assist the company to hold various meetings, courses, activities, training, etc.

Administrative Work

Procurement and maintenance of daily work supplies

Management and maintenance of fixed assets

Meeting affairs, meeting minutes

Assisted the accountant to sort out the employee's reimbursement form, and audited the invoice and reimbursement, etc.

Operation design work

Website joint maintenance

Release and maintain corporate information on public accounts

Poster publicity design

Salary:

Negotiable (depends on the skillset & experience)
