GRC Software Trainer (Governance) (JHB Hybrid) A forward-thinking Software House in Joburg seeks a highly driven GRC Software Trainer who will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to clients and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring end-users understand the functionalities, features, and benefits of the software and can effectively integrate it into their workflows to enhance their Governance, Risk and Compliance processes. Applicants will need a Bachelor's Degree in IT/Business Administration, or related field with experience in training delivery and instructional design, preferably in the GRC software domain. You must be proficient with using GRC software solutions, such TeamMate, BarnOwl, CaseWare Idea and familiarity with other relevant tools and platforms. There may be possible travel into the rest of Africa.DUTIES:Conduct Training Sessions -Deliver engaging and informative training sessions and webinars to clients, and end-users across Africa on various aspects of the software, including configuration, administration, reporting, and troubleshooting.Design, develop and update training materials, including user guides, manuals, and online resources, to support the implementation and usage of the software.Customize Training Programs -Tailor training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs and skill levels of diverse audiences, including Administrators, Compliance Officers, Risk Managers, Auditors, and IT professionals.Practical Exercises -Provide practical exercises to familiarize users with the functionality and navigation of the software, ensuring they can effectively utilize its features to address their GRC requirements.Stay updated with software updates -Keep abreast of software updates, new features, and enhancements released by the software vendor, and incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions to ensure users are informed of the latest capabilities.Gather user feedback -Collect feedback from users regarding their training experience, software usability, and functionality requirements, and communicate insights to the Head of Services.Collaborate with Implementation Teams -Work closely with Software Implementation Teams and Project Managers to ensure seamless transition from implementation to training and provide continuity of support throughout the software lifecycle.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Prior experience in training delivery and instructional design, preferably in the GRC software domain.Proficiency in using GRC software solutions, such TeamMate, BarnOwl, CaseWare Idea and familiarity with other relevant tools and platforms.Driver's License and own transport is essential.Possible travel into the rest of Africa.ATTRIBUTES:Possesses a strong work ethic, commits to excellence, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail with a genuine passion for accuracy in all endeavours.Excellent communication abilities and adept Relationship Management skills, capable of effectively managing various stakeholders and senior executives concurrently.Possesses a solution-oriented approach focused on identifying strategies to ensure customer success.Customer-Centric Approach: The candidate should exhibit a desire to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and value.Capable of effectively transferring knowledge and conducting personalised one-on-one training sessions.Must be adaptable and flexible to navigate changing customer requirements, organizational dynamics, and evolving product features and functionalities.Displays professional business etiquette in all interactions, ensuring effective communication.
