Today, our team requires a hands-on Farmer Relationship Manager. The successful applicant will take ownership of the following functions: Focus on growing Nile's pipeline of farmers Drive adoption of Nile's online platform by training farmers to leverage the online functionality Build strong relationships with key farmers on the Nile platform Support transaction execution from existing farmers Responsible to grow turnover of business within a given group of farmers Skills and aptitude Prior experience as a retail buyer will be favorably considered Excellent Communicator with high degree of ownership Ability to build strong business relationships Bachelors Degree is preferred Being able to adapt to changing environments and work processes Team & cultureWe are building a high-performing team, passionate about transforming Africa's food systems.
