If this sounds like you... let's talk.The Platform Services and Emerging Technologies organization seeks a Senior Software Engineer Azure to help build and support our entire on-prem and cloud platform infrastructure.You will have a background in Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and Git Administration and will help automate and improve our development and deployment processes. If you are passionate about ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure while promoting a culture of collaboration and progress, we want to hear from you.You will report to an Engineer Manager in Ireland.Location is Dublin, Ireland.ResponsibilitiesBuild and support our entire on-prem and cloud platform Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelinesTroubleshoot and fix issues within the platformAutomate processes to improve efficiency and reduce the potential for human errorDocument and create runbooks for our processes and systems to reduce toil and MTTR when problems do occurCollaborate with other platform teams, system architects and our internal customers to ensure the platform meets the needs of the organization and its usersStay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends that could be used to improve the platform's reliability, performance and securityMentor junior engineers and promote the platform internallyMinimum Qualifications4- 5 years of Experience: As a DevOps/ML Ops expert in areas such as Azure or AWS deployment, monitoring, and operations. A Must4- 5 year's experience in scripting languages: Such as Python, Bash, or similar, for automation tasksSource Control Solutions: Experience with source control solutions like GitInfrastructure as Code (IaaC): Experience building infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and CloudFormationContinuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD best practicesSecurity Knowledge: Understanding of security best practices and compliance standardsContainerization and Orchestration: Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and KubernetesTechnical Documentation: Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and with peers, partners, and customersBachelor's Degree: Preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative fieldPreferred QualificationsAzure Certifications: Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Associate are desirableOther Cloud Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plusSpinnaker Experience: Experience working with Spinnaker for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesGitHub Enterprise Server Administration: Experience with GitHub Enterprise Server AdministrationGit and/or Co-Pilot Administration: Experience with Git and/or Co-Pilot Administration in the GitHub ecosystem using Rust, Bash, Ruby, or REST APIs#LI-DV1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
