Hire Resolve's client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Site Agent able to work in various locations nationwide.ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate and control the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in the contractLiaise with clients, site staff and manage agreed quantities programmesSubmit monthly revenue certificates and cost estimatesSet and maintain work sequences and construction programmesControl costs and cash flow managementSet and maintain production targets and operational efficienciesDrive projects to completionEffective problem solvingSub-Contractor managementRequirementsCivil Engineering Degree/Diploma5-6 years experience in a similar role preferably in the Construction and Civil Engineering IndustryStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent leadership and communication skillsLeadership and Business acumen qualitiesInnovative and profit drivenBenefitsSalary: NegotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
