Territory Manager - Surgical (Regenerative Medicine)Product: Regenerative medicine/surgical portfolio. Primarily a Biologic mesh, a dermal template and articulated laparoscopic surgical instruments and a new Endoscopic Stapler.Who you'll be working for:Established in 2003, you will be joining one of the largest privately owned healthcare companies in Western Europe who have become a leading provider to all healthcare institutions with an expert team and an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market. They are constantly looking to expand, both in product portfolio and geographically.What you'll enjoy:You will be managing 2 of the largest accounts in the company on this patch, plus plenty of other 'low hanging fruit' in the area.Strong handover as the Manager has previously managed these accounts and knows the region inside out.Realistic bonus earning opportunity.What you'll be doing:The Territory Manager purpose in this role is to effectively increase sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales year on year whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share.You must pro-actively seek for opportunities for other UK division within their territories whilst carrying out day to day business with each client ensuring that such opportunities are passed on to the appropriate Territory Manager therefore ensuring that a strong relationship is formed with all other division Managers in that territory.You will be selling to General Surgeons and Breast Surgeons primarily (plus related theatre teams)Here's what you need:The candidate must have the energy and drive to cover and manage the region efficiently and effectively.
