That's why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the futureWe have an opportunity for aSenior Account Manager to join Building Automation team in Jeddah.Responsibilities:Primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business and new relationships in pursuit of growth for HBSEstablishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer sales base in their assigned areaDissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value HBS brings to targeted customers, opportunities, and solutionsDriving sales through understanding of the target customer's business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to them, which allows for cross-HBT Honeywell sellingPartner with potential customers, establishing relationships & maximizing the business potential for both partiesProactively initiates cross-functional communication across both the customer's and Honeywell enterprises to develop a long-term partnershipSeeks out ways to engage the full team in pursuits and activities building relationships with all key stakeholdersTeam with assigned Account Managers to ensure One Team environmentExperience & Qualifications:3+ years of sales experience within Building Management SystemsCustomer engagement at mediumlevels building long-term strategic and executive relationshipsCross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approachBroad based experience in HBS' offering portfolio (mainly BMS, access controls, CCTV, guest room controls, access controls)Knowledge of the value HBS brings can detail why the customer should care can define how much value they expect and provide examplesA well-developed sense of the customers' business, their drivers, and their organizationFinancial and business acumen understands the customer's industry and strategic business drivers and HBS's ability to positively impact financial resultUnderstands customers' decision making processes, buyers, and influencesAbility to learn HBS processes, commercial terms, contract terms, etc.Basic understanding of Honeywell portfolio across LOBs/ verticals/applicationsWe offerHoneywell offers employees the opportunity to work on the world's most exciting projects, transforming the cities we live in, the buildings where we work, and the vehicles that move us.Group medical insurance plan Life.Paid annual leave and time off workA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation.Market specific training and on-going personal development.If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
