We deliver deep strategic, commercial and operational insights to help clients think through investment/divestment decisions about businesses. We advise our clients on critical operational and transformational challenges, and evaluate business plans and company strategies against market performance and competitor strength, to deliver a rigorous appraisal of a business' commercial and operational outlook. Our main focus is to deliver top strategy-led solutions to our clients.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Deals Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Solving clients' problems by structuring analysis, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy developmentConducting market entry strategies and commercial due diligenceTaking ownership of components of engagements and collaborating with team members to deliver thorough and well-structured reportsResearching, aggregating and analyzing data; synthesizing large quantities of information; extracting meaningful insights to provide recommendations to our clientsSupporting internal business development activitiesActively work on engagement supporting Managers and Senior ManagersRequirementsExposure to Mergers & Acquisitions preferably from a professional services backgroundHas done research for company on potential acquisitionsParticipated in conducting business plansCompleted market research for large size organizationsComprehensive understanding of feasibility studiesEager to participate in business development opportunities and initiativesPassionate about delivery of work and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levelsMotivated to build excellent working relationships and meet deadlines successfully in a fast paced & dynamic environmentConfident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiencesKeen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clientsStrong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business driversAbility to take initiative to manage numerous projects simultaneously under time constraintsYour flexibility to travel 40%-60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
