Overview Job Title: Electrical Revit Modeller Location: Cape Town Position Type: Full-time Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Revit Modeller to join their team. The Revit Modeller will be part of an electrical building services team within a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction principles, as well as a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical models using Revit software for various projects. Collaborate with engineers and designers to produce accurate and detailed electrical drawings. Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify electrical drawings as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling and drafting processes. Stay updated on advancements in Revit and AutoCAD software. Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate in engineering, or draughting Proven experience as an Electrical Revit Modeller with 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in Revit software for electrical modeling. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and detailing. Familiarity with electrical systems, codes, and standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
