All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?     YOUR ROLE Standardize and develop new test methods leveraging a wide range of analytical test methods (destructive/non-destructive testing)Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and testing processesTrack and manage test reports in the LIM system leveraging electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN)Provide peer review on ELN test data and LIM data entry for colleaguesParticipate in test standard validations, training others (e.g. lab personal, marketing, sales) and internal presentationsApply consultative skills when interacting with customers to build trust and transparency in managing their incidentsParticipate in customer presentations and consult them on best-practices applied in the respective fieldCommunicate with and consult AE field roles, KAMs, project teams and customersLead internal and external technical requests and projectsEnsure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulationsSupport and ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer and overall product performance complaints YOUR SKILLS ADP, ALBERTDigital toolsLean managementOperationsProcess excellenceProject managementQuality managementRisk assessmentTraining preparationFinanceMarketing and sales At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
