Working closely with a well-established Senior Strata Manager, you will exceed all clients' expectations. You will be responsible for: Relief strata management Assist 2 strata managers Liaising with Owners Corporation as required Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs Convene and conduct meetings Periodic inspections Administration The Candidate; Previous Strata experience Strata Certificate of Registration required Excellent Communication Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task Have a high level of computer skills The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team The Benefits; Monday- Friday ONLY Excellent Training & Support provided Great Dollars on offer Fantastic Team culture Career progression assured
