This function is responsible for Market Data management on behalf of the Group to enhance decision making which will positively affect our customers. Do work that matters: You will collaborate with Traders, Quants, Treasury and Front-Office IB&M colleagues and provide support which is designed to help calculate and evaluate market and credit risk across a broad suite of Fixed Ie, FX,modities and Equity products. This is a technical and business all-round role, required to both process and use analytical methods to evaluate market models & modelling, and where necessary, troubleshoot or escalate them. This team delivers data to support market trading while also managing quality controls over various products used for financial risk reporting. This is either a 6-Month or 12-Month Max Term opportunity and is a great role to get exposure to market products, data and insights across multiple regions, geographies and areas ofmBank's business. Key responsibilities for this role includes: Collect market data from different vendors and sources such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ASX, validate and review exceptions on market data sets from different End of Day snaps. Work with Projects and other regulatory/market changes. Maintain historical time series Data quality in our Market Data Warehouse system Collaborate in FRTB, Basel 3 Project work and help prepare documentation for APRA and Audits. Manage change on various platforms as well as regression testing through the end-to-end product workflow including GoldenSource, Beacon and other Market applications We're interested in hearing from people who have: Intricate attention to detail skills and will befortable evaluating data and questioning its validity while being familiar with Markets products. You will be constantly curious and will be motivated and pro-active to learn and improve your knowledge and will be able to articulateplex situations and ideas clearly to a wide audience. You will also: Have an understanding of Financial Market products such as FX, Interest Rates,modities, and ideally some use of Bloomberg, Reuters or Exchange platforms. Able to motivate /lead others when required to deliver in oues and projects Be organised, attention to detail and able to follow and troubleshoot and escalate daily issues aligned to controls using a degree of professional judgement Manage internal and external Stakeholder engagement including Risk, IT, Front Office (L1) and/or Reporting, Audit Familiarity with APS 116 / 117 or similar APRA documentation desired If this sounds like the role for you then we would love to hear from you.
