And our brilliant, passionate, and driven team of more than 5,000 people globally are  Powering Positive Change  every day. ?    Are you ready to power positive change? ?    Job Summary     As we continue to grow, we are looking for a world-class  Marketing Manager, ANZ  based in  Australia  and reporting to the  Marketing Manager, LATAM.  This role will be a maternity reliever for a period of 8 months (Part-Time working for 3-4 days per week ). In an industry that is reshaping the world's energy future, there's  a better place to be.   You will serve as the primary point of contact for marketing in Australia and New Zealand. If you are ready to contribute to our journey of excellence, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team!    You'll  be responsible for:   Responsible for monthly communications (eDMs, copywriting, banner creations, send outs, data analytics) Support and maintain Partner online ordering platform (coms, meta data, content, promos) Content execution Drive and ensure all blogs articles are published and created in time.  Case studies and testimonials  Photographer / videographer: briefing, video reviews  Responsible for key industry events execution: brief, build, team coordination (conference, tradeshows…)  Define and execute product launch strategies and campaigns.  Ensure the consistency of tone of voice and feel in all content across all online and offline activities.  Responsible for calendar build and execution, tracking marketing budget and marketing shop budget.  Digital content & media strategy: work with global digital team on AU requirements  Coordinate with Training / Sales / Channel functions the execution of the marketing plan and key priorities Partner Relationship Management platform management: content upload, news updates  Collaborate with global team on social and influencer strategy.  Report back to top management on key learnings and projects  Lead key local meetings (monthly sales meetings, vision days, planning days, etc)      You should bring: Degree in Marketing, Communications or any equivalent. With 3 to 5 years in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in project management.  Excellent writing and communication skills (offline & online)  Excellent data analysis skills, with a passion for understanding data, patterns, and trends.  Attention to detail and exceptionally high quality of work.  Knowledge in MS Office, Canva, Knowledge of SalesForce.com, HubSpot and content management tools (Drupal)  Authorized to work in Australia.
