Senior Quantity Surveyor

We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done and doing it safely.We are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be involved in the commercial management of Maintenance and Project contracts, to join the Delta FM team. THE POSITION: Prepare FM and project estimates supporting new business opportunities.Prepare and manage tendering requirements (RFI) (RFQ)Selection and engagement of supply chainPrepare and manage FM and project budgets.Preparation of FM and project valuations and variationsCost control and management of all operating costs.Reporting on actual spend verses budget/ cash flow forecasting.
