The RoleThis is a Senior Manager Business Planning & Analysis Revenue, RSS opportunity within a global group. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Planning and Analysis R&SS, this role will have a crucial part to play in the success of the RSS business and delivery of a world class finance function as part of the Business Planning and Analytics team. Link Group is a fast paced, and evolving business and your ability to drive change as part of the finance team will be important.This role will have primary ownership of the relationship with Client Partnership (CP) and other Australian based revenue generating teams. The role will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting and analysis for these teams, as well as providing analysis to support sound decision making by the functions.The role will have a strong focus on partnering with the Client Partnership and other Australian based revenue generating teams to help each team understand its financials and support commercial decision making. This role will also support the Head of Business Planning & Analysis with internal and external reporting obligations.Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Partner with the Director of Client Partnerships and individual client partners with analysis, commercial discussions and influencing sound decision making (~$520m of Revenue to support) Oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting and analysis processes for the Client Partnership and other revenue generating teams Ensure adherence to monthly reporting timelines Work closely with Head of Commercial Pricing and Client Profitability to work with CP team to ensure delivery of commercial outcomes with clients and education the CP team on the costs associated with supporting their clients to enable more informed discussions with clients Work collaboratively with broader finance team members and across the business Ensure full adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and the good conduct of the businesses, maintaining ongoing compliance and upholding the reputation of Link Group Experience & Personal Attributes 8+ years' experience working in various finance roles. Experience in a business partnering role is essential. ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualified Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures In addition to strong technical finance skills, the successful candidate will have strong business & external stakeholder management capabilities and be a strategic, curious, and agile thinker. Ability to participate in re-engineering, program management and technology implementations will also be important.
