As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.The Role: Assist in coordinating front of house team's daily operational demands.Lead the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service Establish, uphold, and oversee quality customer service practices.Organise rosters as per operational requirements.Address any elevated guest grievances.
