Situated in Naracoorte, located on the stunning Limestone Coastal region, you will have the chance to gain experience in a variety of areas. A multi-varied position where you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing direct person centred nursing/midwifery care and individual case management to patients on a shift by shift basis in a defined clinical area with increasing autonomy over time. You will assess individual patient needs, plan, implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options. In addition, you will plan and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies in providing individual health care needs.
