Senior Portfolio Analyst - Private Equity

About the roleAs a Senior Portfolio Analyst - Private Equity, you will work with members of the Private Corporate Assets team, other colleagues at Australian Retirement Trust and external advisors to provide advanced analytical support for the development and implementation of Australian Retirement Trust's ongoing investment program with a focus on the Private Equity asset class.Working for one of the largest Australian investors in private equity, you will be an important contributor to investment analysis and execution of investment opportunities in Australia and globally, developing and reviewing financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, and conducting research and due diligence, as well as ongoing asset management and reporting for a range of direct co-investments and primary fund investments, as well as overall portfolio analysis.This role is available as permanent opportunity based in our Sydney office. About youIf this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics.Highly advanced research and analysis capability with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Experience working in the Investments industry for the relevant investment domain including knowledge of legislation, regulations, market trends, risk reward optimisation and emerging issues.Good understanding of the Australian superannuation industry.You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of private equities.
