This role is a full-time permanent opportunity with some flexible working arrangements available. Some interstate travel will be required, principally between Melbourne and Sydney. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, the Head of Quality & Safeguarding will be responsible for:

Continuously improving the quality management system and the further enhancement of the internal audit function.Overseeing the strategic and operational risk management system.Leading the certification of Quality, NDIS, Child Safety, ISO 9001, ACIS standards.Identifying opportunities for best practice and continuous improvement.Developing process to improve communication of results within the organisation. About You

We are seeking an experienced Quality leader with demonstrable knowledge and experience in the Disability sector. The successful candidate will be solutions focused, an influential leader and dedicated to improving outcomes. In addition, the successful candidate will have;

Tertiary qualification(s) with experience leading Quality & Safeguarding function.Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders and staff.Strategic and lateral thinking with the ability to identify, analyse and interpret complex data.In-depth understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks and standards.
