As a member of our close-knit team of Business Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic people projects that shape our employees' experience. From guiding workforce planning to leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, you'll have a hand in crafting contemporary policies and enhancing our EVP offerings. Your expertise will extend to providing invaluable HR advice and coaching, ensuring a seamless integration of HR practices across our outdoor and indoor workforce.

As the bridge between our employees and the organisation, you'll manage a portfolio of departments, handling employee and industrial relations matters with finesse and professionalism. Your role will span across two locations, allowing you to provide unparalleled support to our diverse teams.

We're searching for a professional with the following qualities: Degree-level qualifications in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent. Proven and demonstrated experience in navigating complex employee relations matters in a medium-sized organisation. Skills in project management and implementing initiatives to enhance employee experience. Proficiency in data collation and analytics to support decision-making and solutions for workforce-related issues. Ability to conduct position analysis and evaluations for strategic HR planning. Effective communication and influencing skills, adept at quickly building relationships and trust. Dedication to delivering a contemporary HR approach that fosters a positive workplace culture.
